This is an on-site role based in our in-house Photo Studio in Brent Cross, London.

The Junior Photographer & Retoucher role at Fenwick plays an important part in creating the high-quality imagery that brings the brand’s online offering to life. As part of the in-house Photo Studio team, you will photograph e-commerce products for the Fenwick website, support on set with image selection and coding, and retouch digital assets to ensure they meet the brand’s premium visual standards. You will also have the opportunity to support creative shoots when required, helping produce compelling imagery that supports the growth of Fenwick’s digital business.
Working closely with Studio and Image Coordinators, Stylists, the Samples team and Product Lifecycle colleagues, you will help ensure all products are captured in line with studio guidelines and delivered for retouching efficiently. The role requires strong organisation and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining quality while working at pace. You will typically shoot between 40–60 products per day across both still life and model photography, ensuring imagery is consistent, accurate, and ready to go live on site as quickly as possible.
This position would suit someone with a photography degree or previous professional photography experience who thrives in a fast-paced studio environment. You will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, managing deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and studio equipment from brands like Canon and Profoto would be advantageous, along with a proactive approach and a passion for producing premium visual content.
Experience with Adobe creative suite (Photoshop in particular), Capture One, Wacom tablet, Monday. Photography degree or previous professional photography work experience essential.
