You’ll also contribute to improving service delivery through knowledge sharing, documentation, and reducing recurring technical issues.
We’re looking for a proactive and organised IT professional with strong technical knowledge across Windows 10/11, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and modern endpoint management tools such as Intune. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, be confident managing priorities across multiple locations, and enjoy providing hands-on support in a people-focused business. Flexibility to travel regularly between sites, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences are essential for success in this role.

- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and printers
- Working knowledge of macOS and Intune.
- Good understanding of incident and service request management
- Solid networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, switches, routers, and WiFi
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (PoS) systems and endpoint security tools (desirable)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time‑management skills
- Ability to prioritise work across multiple sites
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly between locations
