About the Role

The End User Computing (EUC) Engineer at Fenwick plays a key role in delivering reliable, high‑quality IT support across multiple retail and office locations, ensuring colleagues can work efficiently and effectively every day. Based primarily at Brent Cross, this hands‑on role supports sites including Wigmore, Canterbury, Colchester, and Royal Tunbridge Wells, providing both on‑site and remote technical assistance across a varied end‑user environment. Working closely with the EUC team, you’ll help maintain seamless IT operations while building strong relationships with users and local management teams. This is a varied and fast‑paced opportunity where no two days are the same.

You’ll be responsible for supporting and maintaining end‑user devices, Windows and macOS operating systems, LAN and WiFi connectivity, Office 365 environments, and a range of peripherals and audio‑visual equipment. From troubleshooting incidents and managing device lifecycle activities to supporting office moves and new starter setups, you’ll deliver a professional, customer‑focused service to colleagues at all levels. You’ll also contribute to improving service delivery through knowledge sharing, documentation, and reducing recurring technical issues.

We’re looking for a proactive and organised IT professional with strong technical knowledge across Windows 10/11, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and modern endpoint management tools such as Intune. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, be confident managing priorities across multiple locations, and enjoy providing hands‑on support in a people‑focused business. Flexibility to travel regularly between sites, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences are essential for success in this role.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and printers.
  • Working knowledge of macOS and Intune.
  • Good understanding of incident and service request management.
  • Solid networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, switches, routers, and WiFi.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (PoS) systems and endpoint security tools (desirable).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work across multiple sites.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly between locations.
