As the Studio Image & Retouch Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in the Digital Product Lifecycle, acting as the final quality checkpoint for all product imagery before it moves through to site readiness. Ensuring assets meet Fenwick’s creative and brand guidelines across both fashion and non-fashion categories, you will work closely with the Photography Studio, Production Coordinator and PLC teams to deliver on go-live expectations.
You’ll be accountable for monitoring the output of our third-party retouching partner, overseeing the flow of assets from sign-off through to upload. This includes performing quality checks, raising commercial concerns, and retouching ad hoc priority imagery when required. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will ensure production SLAs are met, blockers are resolved quickly, and only approved assets progress through the workflow.
Strong communication and a collaborative approach are essential, as you’ll be the link between key studio and digital teams. You’ll regularly report on daily production status, track studio efficiency, and contribute to improvements in retouch processes and standards across departments.
