We are looking for a detail-focused and commercially minded Digital Trading Assistant to join our Digital team at Fenwick. This role supports the Digital Trading Manager across a variety of categories to help deliver sales and trade plans, optimise the customer experience, and ensure product visibility online. You will play a key part in helping drive revenue and performance through effective online merchandising and trading initiatives.

Working closely with Buying & Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams, you’ll support key trading activities including campaign coordination, category launches, and trend-based edits. You will use data and reporting tools to monitor performance and make recommendations that improve conversion, AOV, and add-to-bag rates. From supporting with product launches to analysing key performance metrics, your work will directly impact our customers’ online experience.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of eCommerce, an analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Shopify and Nosto is desirable, as well as a genuine interest in retail and customer behaviour. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their digital trading career within a supportive, creative and fast-evolving team.

Experience in an eCommerce environment is advantageous with an understanding of Digital Merchandising principles including colour and trend. An analytical and numerate mind is a must to drive sales and profit. Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Producing insights to help influence category plans and enhance customer’s experience. Build relationships & effectively working with branded partners. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Shopify, Nosto & Klaviyo, all advantageous.
