We offer hybrid working between your home and our beautiful office space in Wigmore Street, central London offering a collaborative and innovative working environment. Please note: Some travel to our Brent Cross store is essential as part of this role!

As a key member of the Digital Product Lifecycle Team, you will oversee the product editorial and upload process, which is essential to the success of our digital business. You will ensure that products are uploaded swiftly, accurately, and with all necessary information to provide customers with everything they need to make informed purchasing decisions, ultimately driving sales.
Working closely with the Photostudio, Digital Trading Team, brands, and Buying Teams, you will write compelling product descriptions, validate product attributes, establish product categories, and maintain the product catalogue.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and thrive in a team environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing workloads to meet tight deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to all levels of the business and keep stakeholders informed
- Exceptional spelling and grammar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Shopify Plus and Creative Force is advantageous
- Copywriting skills with experience using AI tools would be beneficial
