We offer hybrid working between your home and our offices on Wigmore Street, Central London, offering a collaborative and innovative working space.

About the Role
As a Website Product Owner, you will play a key role in the ongoing development and optimisation of Fenwick's website, helping to deliver a seamless, engaging and commercially effective digital experience for customers.
Working closely with the Product Manager, you will translate customer needs and business priorities into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring website enhancements and roadmap initiatives are successfully delivered.
You will be responsible for managing and prioritising the website product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Supporting Agile ways of working, you will help drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing and release activities, ensuring work is well defined, thoroughly tested and ready for implementation.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines customer focus, problem solving and digital delivery.
Working across Digital, IT and wider business functions, you will identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, website performance and operational processes while supporting key trading periods and digital campaigns.

What we are looking for in a candidate...
Essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across different teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with an ability to identify issues and work through potential solutions.
- Customer-focused approach with an interest in ecommerce and digital customer experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Some knowledge of writing user stories and acceptance criteria, with an understanding of how these support digital delivery.
- Some experience using backlog or delivery management tools such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO), Jira or similar.
Desirable
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working, including refinement, sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Experience supporting website/software testing or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Exposure to Shopify or another ecommerce platform.
- Familiarity with web analytics, experimentation or customer-insight tools.
- Experience working with third-party technology or delivery partners.
