As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be the gatekeeper of the Fenwick creative vision in York. You will lead your team to develop, present, and maintain our high standards across all the departments. You will build strong partnership skills and work collaboratively with the store teams, as well as our central creative, buying, and merchandising functions.
Our aim is to provide the best customer experience, surprising and delighting all our customers with our Fenwick hospitality. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready for a new challenge and wants to be part of a business on an exciting journey!
We are offering a salary up to £32,000 (experience depending) and a benefits package which includes:

We look for an experienced VM Manager, who is adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-oriented to grow with us. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires specific skills and experience to succeed:
- A proven history in Visual Merchandising at Manager Level within a similar business.
- A comprehensive Retail background.
- Strong People Management Experience.
- Proficient in visual merchandising software and tools.
- A strong collaborator with a wider management team.
- Innate diligence and the ability to make commercial decisions.
- Current and relevant product knowledge and market awareness.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- The ability to guarantee high standards of visual merchandising throughout the stores according to company/corporate guidelines and marketing plans.
