We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Manager Academy as a Home or Menswear Team Leader. This development programme is designed for individuals looking to take their first step into management or accelerate their retail management careers. As a Team Leader, you will be a First Line Manager, playing a key role in your team's success and working closely with your sales manager.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and developing your team of Sales Advisors
  • Being a strong presence on the shop floor
  • Coaching, engaging, and embedding product knowledge
  • Inspiring your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience by leading an inclusive working environment

Upon completing the 3-month Manager Academy, the role's pay rate will increase to £14.76 per hour. We are currently recruiting for two Team Leaders in the following departments:

  • Home (37.5 hours per week)
  • Menswear (37.5 hours per week)
