About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised Studio Sample Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our ecommerce studio operations. Working at the centre of the studio workflow, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the movement of samples and stock across departments, ensuring products are prepared, tracked, and returned efficiently to support shoot schedules and time-to-site targets. This is a fast-paced role where strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager, Stylists, Buying teams, warehouse operations, and external brand partners to coordinate stock deliveries, prepare products for shoots, and maintain visibility of stock locations and shoot timelines. From raising picks and checking in deliveries to organising returns and supporting ad hoc creative shoots, you’ll play a key role in keeping production workflows running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also help identify and implement process improvements, ensuring the studio maintains high standards and delivers against key operational KPIs.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working in a hands-on operational role. Previous experience within a fast-paced ecommerce photography studio or working with luxury product would be advantageous, alongside strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving. You’ll be confident managing deadlines, adapting to changing priorities, and working both independently and as part of a wider team. Experience using tools such as Monday.com, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, DAM systems, or D365 would also be beneficial.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Previous work within a fast-paced ecommerce photography studio is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working with luxury product.
  • Experience of working with a DAM & D365 is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative manner.
  • Problem solving with initiative and a proactive nature.
  • Can work alone and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines & targets.
  • Can multitask and adapt to changeable priorities.
