We currently have one contract available: 1 x 36.5 hours - Fuego.

About the opportunity:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead a team of waiters and waitresses and role model excellence in the restaurants; maximising sales and productivity whilst coordinating and coaching the team daily. You will work collaboratively with your Restaurant Manager and be a vital part of the team’s success.

About you:

  • Previous experience in supervising a restaurant team and elevating customer experience.
  • Enthusiasm for tapas style dining and driving the team to deliver excellent customer service through menu suggestions and drinks pairing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a skilled team.
  • Potential to develop and progress in our Fuego Restaurants.
