You will join the team in our Wigmore Street office and, as a new member of our Fenwick family, you will be part of the updates and conversations as we fuel the next stage in our journey.

More about our Product Lifecycle Coordinator role: As part of the Digital Product Lifecycle Team, you will manage the product loading process, which is key to the success of our digital business. You will ensure products are loaded quickly, efficiently, and with all the necessary information to maximize sales and provide customers with comprehensive details. Your responsibilities include writing product descriptions, ensuring all products meet Fenwick guidelines, and maintaining our product catalogue by working closely with our PhotoStudio, Trading Team, brands, and Buying Teams to source assets and product information.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Highly organized with excellent time management and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and thrive in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently at pace, managing workload to strict deadlines
  • Able to work collaboratively and proactively to meet challenging deadlines
  • Great communication skills, able to articulate well to all levels of the business, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed with relevant data, updates, and insights
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Experience in copywriting and SEO is a plus
  • Experience with Shopify is welcomed
