As our Personal Shopper, you will be the driving force of our Concierge & Services team in-store, showcasing the very best of our hospitality to clients across the world. Your mission will be to own and deliver as Personal Shopper by:
- Positively interacting with potential and existing clients, answering queries, and providing guidance on our services to help customers choose the most suitable options.
- Proactively growing your client book within your store and creating an exciting hub of styling and shopping.
- Continuing to deliver our unique service by maintaining excellent customer care.
- Prepping the client rooms.
- Working confidently and collaboratively with various departments.
- Staying ahead of the latest trends by expanding your product knowledge and being aware of competitor activity.
