As our Personal Shopper, you will be the driving force of our Concierge & Services team in-store, showcasing the very best of our hospitality to clients across the world. You will work with passion and pride to maintain our high standards, drive sales, and exceed your targets. You will need to be experienced in clienteling, paying particular attention to what your clients want and influencing what they need. You must be proactive and driven, staying one step ahead of our competitors by keeping abreast of the latest fashion and lifestyle trends, events, and services to maximize every opportunity to deliver for our clients.

Your mission will be to own and deliver as Personal Shopper by:

  • Positively interacting with potential and existing clients, answering queries, and providing guidance on our services to help customers choose the most suitable options.
  • Proactively growing your client book within your store and creating an exciting hub of styling and shopping.
  • Continuing to deliver our unique service by maintaining excellent customer care.
  • Prepping the client rooms.
  • Working confidently and collaboratively with various departments.
  • Staying ahead of the latest trends by expanding your product knowledge and being aware of competitor activity.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for brands and styling and understands the importance of teamwork.   • A strong track record of working in a luxury retail environment — Essential
