About the Opportunity
As our Personal Shopper, you will be the driving force of our Concierge & Services team in-store, showcasing the best of our hospitality to clients worldwide while maintaining high standards, driving sales, and exceeding targets.
Our clients deserve impeccable service delivered by passionate staff with a genuine love for our product range. This role is crucial to our business success. You should have experience in clientelling, paying close attention to client preferences and influencing their choices. Proactivity, a drive to stay ahead of trends, and knowledge of fashion, lifestyle, events, and services are essential to maximize client satisfaction.
Your responsibilities as a Personal Shopper will include:
- Engaging positively with clients, answering queries, and guiding them in selecting suitable products and services.
- Growing your client base within your store and creating an engaging shopping and styling environment.
- Maintaining exceptional customer care and service standards.
- Preparing client rooms for appointments.
- Collaborating confidently with various departments.
- Staying updated on current trends and expanding product knowledge, while monitoring competitor activity.
About the ideal candidate
