You’ll work closely with internal teams including Business Applications, Security, Service Desk, and Retail Operations, alongside external support partners, to troubleshoot issues and support technical delivery.

The role involves developing and supporting integrations between internal and third‑party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware technologies, while also improving monitoring, alerting, and operational visibility through tools such as Azure DevOps, Datadog, Zabbix, Power Platform, and PagerDuty. You’ll contribute to automation and infrastructure improvements, support secure engineering practices, and help maintain high levels of service availability across the IT estate.

We’re looking for someone with experience in a DevOps, infrastructure, or cloud engineering environment, with a strong understanding of CI/CD, monitoring, automation, and operational support. You’ll bring excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience with Azure services, MuleSoft, APIs, and integration technologies is highly desirable, alongside a proactive and collaborative approach to continuous improvement.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Understanding of secure engineering and operational best practices
  • Microsoft and/or MuleSoft certifications desirable
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Good understanding of infrastructure, networking, and integrations
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to ownership and continuous improvement
  • Collaborative approach to working with internal teams and partners
