We are thrilled to announce that we have an exciting 3 month fixed-term opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team in a new pop-up restaurant, based in our Newcastle store! Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after work life balance. Advertised rate is not inclusive of a variable service charge allocation.

Is it right for me? If you are warm and welcoming and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, then we are off to a good start. Previous experience in hospitality as a Commis or Demi Chef is preferable. You do need to be passionate about food with an aptitude for learning. You will be aware of new food trends and will strive to meet a meticulous standard where every detail is carefully attended to.
