As our Store Logistics Manager, you will lead and motivate your team to ensure our salesfloors are fully replenished with our fabulous products to surprise and delight our customers when they shop with us! You will work shoulder to shoulder with your Operations Manager, driving engagement, new procedures, and exciting ways of working! You will also be working on the development and implementation of new KPI’s across the store to aid efficiency and accuracy to enhance our customer experience and deliver our famous Fenwick hospitality at every opportunity.
You will be an inspirational leader and we are especially looking for someone who thrives off developing their teams and setting people up for success at every opportunity. You will role model excellence to your team with your operational knowledge and support with training, appraisals in line with our company policies and procedures.

- A successful track record of working in Logistics or Retail Operations - Desirable
- Effective communication, influencing and relationship skills
- Previous experience of working with Warehouse Management Systems (Experience with Microsoft D365 would be advantageous but not essential)
- A passion for continuous improvement with a process-driven approach
- Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment and maintain operational disciplines during periods of significant corporate change
- Strong people manager, builds and maintains high levels of team engagement in an operational environment
- Holds customer service at their heart and ensures that customer service is not compromised
- Operational knowledge of H & S
