About the role

Our Sales Consultants are the face of the Charles Tyrwhitt brand in-store, combining exceptional product knowledge with outstanding customer service to create a premium shopping experience. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring every customer receives tailored advice and styling recommendations that reflect the quality and heritage of the brand.

As a menswear specialist, you'll take ownership of your department, using your product expertise to help customers find the right solutions for every occasion, from business wear to smart-casual styling. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, role modelling excellent service standards and sharing your knowledge with colleagues to help develop the wider team and deliver consistently high standards across the department.

With a passion for delivering results, you'll take pride in maintaining excellent visual standards, maximising sales opportunities, and ensuring customer queries are handled confidently and professionally. By combining commercial awareness with a genuine enthusiasm for menswear, you'll help create an engaging shopping environment that encourages customer loyalty and supports the continued success of Charles Tyrwhitt within Fenwick Kingston.
