We are excited to announce that we have a Commis Chef role available in Fenwick Kingston. Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after, work life balance.

Contracts Available:

1x Commis Chef – 40 Hours – Restaurant on 3 (Fixed Term 3 month contract)

What do we look for?

  • Previous experience in hospitality as a Commis, Demi Chef or Chef de Partie is preferable.
  • A proven track record in producing high-quality restaurant food is essential.
  • Excellent skills and product knowledge as well as awareness of food trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous ways of working.
  • Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
