We are excited to announce that we have a fixed-term Commis Chef role available in our EL&N restaurant within our flagship Newcastle store!
We are hiring for the following roles:
EL&N – 40 hours per week – 6 month fixed-term contract
Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late-night working, offering a rare and much sought-after work-life balance.

What do we look for?
- Previous experience in hospitality as a Commis, Demi Chef, or Chef de Partie is preferable.
- A proven track record in producing high-quality restaurant food is essential.
- Excellent skills and product knowledge as well as awareness of food trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous ways of working.
- Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
