About the Opportunity

Do you have what it takes to join our team as Sales Advisor? We are looking for people who are dynamic and who will help ensure our customers experience our famous hospitality when visiting us over the festive period!

Our Sales Advisors are flexible, dynamic and brand ambassadors for Fenwick. You will build rapport with each customer, ensuring that they have the best in-store experience. You will live and breathe our values, working with passion and pride whilst being committed to maintaining our high standards and helping our customers make the right purchase.

Christmas is our busiest time of the year, so you will need to be fully flexible and available Monday through Sunday. We have full-time and part-time roles available from 10-37.5 hours per week!

About the Candidate

We look for warm and welcoming people, who are adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-orientated to join us on this journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed…

  • A strong desire to deliver enhancing customer service and work in a customer facing role.

  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience or a passion for retail is desirable but not essential.

You will be invited to one of our Get to Know Fenwick experience days at a time that suits you to gain a valuable insight into the role and our business.

We have start dates ranging from the beginning of September through to October, with most contracts ending late December / early January 2026.

All contracts will require you to be available evenings, weekends and over the festive period including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day (depending on your rota).
