We have an exciting opportunity for a Loss Prevention Assistant to join the Store Operations team, within Fenwick Bracknell! Please note we are currently recruiting for 1x 40 hours per week contract.

About the role: As Loss Prevention Assistant, you will be an integral part of our security team to make it your mission to mitigate stock loss. This role is customer facing and you will represent our store giving expert customer service whilst working sensitively and being approachable to all visitors. We expect you to be dynamic and proactive in your approach and to be able to thrive off the daily challenges our business encounters.
About the candidate: We look for warm and welcoming people, who are adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-orientated to join us on our exciting journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed:
- A proven track record in a Loss Prevention role in a similar business – essential.
- Health and safety / manual working awareness – essential.
- Sound knowledge of compliance and managing issues around this.
- Excellent communication skills.
- SIA Licence Holder.
