About the Opportunity
Assistant Restaurant Managers are integral to our business; they ensure all showcase our famous Fenwick Hospitality and put our customers first at every opportunity! You will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant and be the driving force behind your team, coaching and developing them to fulfil their potential whilst setting them up for success to achieve their goals. We are looking for someone that is energetic and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Being bold and courageous is the key to success as you will be working self‑sufficiently alongside your restaurant manager.
About you

- Experience of supervising and coaching a team in a busy restaurant environment.
