We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Residential Care Home Manager to lead The Cedars, a residential care home in Clacton-on-Sea. This role suits a strong, hands‑on leader who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred residential care and building a stable, motivated team.
The Role
- You will have full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, and high‑quality care in line with CQC requirements and best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall management of the residential care home
