About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Driver to join our care team in the Preston area. You will play a key role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes by providing personal care support, and companionship where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes, including:
- Assistance with personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, toileting) where required
- Helping with medication prompts
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks
Person Specification
Essential
- Full UK driving licence with no serious endorsements and the ability to drive in the UK.
- Experience in a similar role (e.g., care work, driving service users, patient transport).
- Good understanding of person-centred care and basic health care needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and organised.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
