  • Assisting with the issuing of customer orders with our production team.
  • Inventory management for both stock and packaging, ensuring inventory levels are up to date and requesting inventory replenishment where needed.
  • Hosting in person and virtual client appointments - both purchase and post-purchase customers, assisting the sales team with customer inquiries and appointments where necessary.
  • Supporting the wider day-to-day and longer-term needs of the business, with a flexible and can-do mindset.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
