Location: Remote (with international travel)
Fentimans is looking for a commercially driven International Territory Development Manager to accelerate growth across key international markets. This role focuses on growing existing distributor-led territories through strong relationships, strategic account management and hands-on execution.
What you’ll do:
- Drive volume, revenue, margin and distribution growth across international markets
- Manage and develop distributor relationships
- Deliver budget, forecasts and account plans
- Accelerate growth across key international markets across Europe
- Lead performance reviews, negotiations and market transitions
- Work closely with internal teams and travel regularly to market
What we’re looking for:
- Proven international/export sales experience
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator with a results-driven mindset
- Excel & PowerPoint capability
- Full UK driving licence
- Languages and European/ROW market experience a plus
