  • Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with SRA/CLC regulations and internal protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records using modern case management systems.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEX) with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
  • We would also welcome non-qualified Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners who are motivated to progress their careers and are seeking a clear pathway to qualification.
  • You are confident managing a busy caseload independently, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client care.
  • You enjoy working with clients, communicate clearly and professionally, and take pride in delivering a positive client experience.
  • You are comfortable working in a digital environment, using modern case management systems and technology to work efficiently.
  • You will have experience working in a tech-enabled environment, offering multiple automated AI tools.

  • Full legal and administrative support
  • Modern office environment and flexible working options
