Your Role
As a key part of our Residential Conveyancing department, you will manage a caseload of residential property matters with autonomy and efficiency. Supported by a dedicated admin team and skilled assistants, you’ll ensure exceptional client service and timely completions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Handle freehold and leasehold matters from instruction to post-completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with SRA/CLC regulations and internal protocols.
- Maintain accurate records using modern case management systems.
ABOUT YOU
You are a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEX) with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. We would also welcome non-qualified Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners who are motivated to progress their careers and are seeking a clear pathway to qualification.
You are confident managing a busy caseload independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client care. You enjoy working with clients, communicate clearly and professionally, and take pride in delivering a positive client experience. You are comfortable working in a digital environment, using modern case management systems and technology to work efficiently. You will have experience working in a tech-enabled environment, offering multiple automated AI tools.
