What You Bring
Excellent knowledge of \âBirth to 5 Matters\â, typical child development stages, and a sound understanding of the EYFS.
Full and relevant L3 or above Early Years qualification.
Minimum grade 4 or grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent).
Implementation, audits, and requirements for key person, safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality systems are met.
Safe medication administration, First Aid, and critical care policy knowledge.
Preparation and responsibilities before Ofsted visits.
Ability to resolve issues and complaints as per Fennies\â policies and procedures.
Achievement of KPIs in your setting, aligned with Fennies\â mission statement.
