Job Title: Nursery Manager
Location: Brentford
Salary: Up to £58,000, with the potential to earn a further £6,000 in bonuses
Hours: 41.25 hours
Reports to: Regional Manager

What You Bring
- Excellent knowledge of Birth to 5 Matters, typical child development stages, and a sound understanding of the EYFS.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Minimum grade 4/GCSE C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Proper implementation, audits, and requirements for key person, safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality systems.
- Ability to safely administer medication, First Aid, and critical care policies.
- Experience preparing for Ofsted visits and maintaining compliant standards.
- Ability to derive solutions for resolving issues and complaints per Fennies policies and procedures.
- Ability to achieve KPIs in line with Fennies mission statement.
