What You Bring

  • Excellent knowledge of 'Birth to 5 Matters', child development stages, and the EYFS.
  • Valid L3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Minimum Grade 4 or Grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent).
  • Implementation, audits, and requirements for key person, safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality systems.
  • Safe medication administration, First Aid, and critical care policies.
  • Preparations for Ofsted visits.
  • Resolution of issues and complaints per Fennies' policies and procedures.
  • Achievement of KPIs in line with Fennies' mission statement.
