About the Role
As PedagogicalCoach, you will support educational excellence across a designated region of nurseries, working closely with Nursery Managers, Regional Managers, the Regional SENDCo and the wider Education Team. Through coaching, quality reviews,trainingand regular nursery visits, you will help practitioners and leaders strengthen their practice. This will include embeddingour4D Pedagogy andCurriculum,which will helpdeliver exceptional learning experiences for children.
You will:
- Lead and support Nursery Managers to deliver exceptional care and education across multiple settings
- Drive continuous improvement across education,complianceand operational performance
- Oversee safeguarding, EYFS and regulatory compliance, ensuring robust
