About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where children can thrive. You will:

  • Support children’s learning and development through engaging experiences and learning moments
  • Deliver high‑quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and the Fennies curriculum
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture
  • Observe, assess and support each child’s individual learning journey
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety at all times

What we’re looking for

You’re an enthusiastic and caring educator who is passionate about giving children the best possible start in life. You will have:

  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, positive approach to building relationships with children and families
