What You Bring
- Passion for Early Years Education: genuine love for working with children and commitment to best start in life.
- Knowledge of EYFS: solid understanding of child development, Birth to 5 Matters framework, and EYFS curriculum.
- Qualified & Experienced: Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and minimum grade C/4 GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Build Strong Relationships: form bonds with children and families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
- Team Player: excellent communication skills, feedback, positive proactive approach.
