Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Hours: 4‑day and 5‑day working options

What You Bring

  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
  • Solid knowledge of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
  • A Level 2/3 qualification in childcare and a minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Ability to form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
