About the Role

As a Bank Early Years Educator, you’ll support the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education whenever additional support is needed.

You will:

  • Support children’s learning and development through engaging experiences and learning moments
  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and the Fennies curriculum
  • Work flexibly across different settings, rooms, and age ranges
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture
  • Follow routines to support smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety at all times.

What we’re looking for

You’re a flexible, reliable and enthusiastic early years educator who enjoys variety and working as part of a team. You will have:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and child development
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, positive approach to building relationships with children and families

Most importantly, you will bring adaptability, enthusiasm, and a passion for supporting children’s development.
