Fennies Day Nurseries Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Parent and Candidate Experience Manager to own the end-to-end journey for parents and candidates across Admissions and Talent funnels.
You will shape standards, processes and systems to convert initial enquiries into lasting relationships.
You will build playbooks, SOPs and scripts to ensure consistent delivery across all sites, while managing CRM/ATS and driving adoption with a data-driven approach to coaching and improvement.
