About the Role
As a Bank Early Years Educator, you’ll support the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education whenever additional support is needed. You will:
- Support children’s learning and development through engaging experiences and learning moments
- Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and the Fennies curriculum
- Work flexibly across different settings, rooms, and age ranges
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture
- Follow routines to support smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety at all times
What we’re looking for
You’re a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic early years educator who enjoys variety and working as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and child development
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, positive approach to building relationships with children and families
Most importantly, you will bring adaptability, enthusiasm, and a passion for supporting children’s development.
