We are seeking an accomplished, driven, and highly professional individual to join our dynamic Residential Sales team as a Residential Sales Valuer. Operating within a fast‑paced and collaborative environment, this role requires a confident valuer who thrives on delivering results while building and maintaining exceptional client relationships. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving high standards and consistently delivering outstanding service. You will bring strong market knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage and grow key client relationships. Previous experience in residential property valuing is essential, and in‑depth knowledge of the local area will be a significant advantage.

Hours of Work
9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday – Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Where a Saturday is worked, a weekday will be given in lieu.
