Ideal Candidate

As a Lead Operative, you’re a key part of keeping our packing and prep assets running like clockwork. You’ll take ownership of your station, carry out basic machinery checks, complete clear and accurate paperwork, and help keep the team on track with the production schedule. You’ll be the friendly go‑to for questions, quick fixes, and keeping the energy up on shift. With your experience and know‑how, you’ll help solve problems, support your teammates, and make sure everything is done safely, smoothly, and to specifications.
