We are looking for fantastic colleagues to join our mission to be the leader in our industry. The purpose of this role is to support the Area Leader in providing visible and effective supervision and leadership in the factory to deliver the daily production plan through consistent and cost-effective performance, whilst ensuring the highest quality, technical and health & safety standards are maintained. Effective communication and joined‑up decision making is key within your team and across the different factory areas. This role is predominantly in our finished goods area and will be required to deputise for the area leader.
Ideal Candidate – We are looking for a confident, motivated, and proactive individual that has the ability to successfully supervise and lead a small team within a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills are important and the ability to adapt quickly and remain calm while maintaining a logical approach to problem solving is a must. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food or warehousing industry however this isn’t a must.
