The Community Support Officer role includes being part of a team that delivers high profile initiatives including:
- Primarily responsible for managing and supporting our emergency interim and temporary accommodation properties.
- Assisting the wider team in the delivery of the nationally recognised Golden Age programme for older people.
- Services for the community including the support & management of our 5 Gypsy Traveller sites.
- The annual Pride in Fenland Awards celebrating volunteers within the District.
We offer flexible working, a one team environment and the opportunity to work with a range of public sector partners to deliver initiatives and services for people in Fenland.
