  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to demos, proposals, and deal closure.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Build relationships with CXOs, Heads of Lending, and Digital Transformation leaders.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and contribute to strategic revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date on lending tech trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • 8-12 years of B2B enterprise software or fintech sales experience.
  • Solid understanding of lending ecosystems (retail, SME, corporate, or digital lending).
  • Experience selling into banks, NBFCs, or digital lenders in Europe.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution positioning skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
