What You’ll Do:
- Promote Aurionpro’s AI based digital lending and loan origination solutions to banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and other financial institutions
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to demos, proposals, and deal closure
- Identify client pain points in lending workflows and position our platform as the ideal solution
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to deliver customized solutions
- Build relationships with CXOs, Heads of Lending, and Digital Transformation leaders
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and contribute to strategic revenue targets
- Stay up to date on lending tech trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities
What You Bring:
- 8-12 years of B2B enterprise software or fintech sales experience
- Solid understanding of lending ecosystems (retail, SME, corporate, or digital lending)
- Experience selling into banks, NBFCs, or digital lenders in Europe
- Strong consultative selling and solution positioning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and virtual selling platforms
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with digital loan origination systems (LOS), credit underwriting workflows, or digital onboarding
- Experience working with BFSI clients in transformation or core modernization projects
- Understanding of compliance, risk, and automation in lending environments
