As a Retail Assistant Manager at Trekitt, you will assist in the running of a small team of capable and experienced retail staff to achieve their targets. You will take responsibility for revenue, environment, and colleagues to the highest level you are capable of, setting a strong example in everything you do. You must be passionate about the outdoors and able to speak from your own experience when engaging with customers, inspiring and enthusing them through your own adventures. Being outdoors is in our DNA and is the foundation of our company. You will use initiative and lateral thinking to solve issues in a timely manner, helping to ensure the smooth running of the Service Centre. You will support the optimisation of stock levels and visual merchandising, helping to maintain a regularly rotated assortment that keeps customer interest high. You will play an active role in keeping a tight ship across all aspects of the retail environment to maintain a productive and profitable Service Centre.

- Aid the manager and do all you can to ensure the high turnover and profitability of the Service Centre
- Help to develop and deliver the best retail experience in the outdoor market
- Keeping abreast of outdoor retail trends and activities in the UK market
- Maintaining and developing the Trekitt culture amongst your teammates and customers
- Help to present and maintain a neat, clean and orderly retail environment

- Strong analytical skills
- Numeracy skills and proficiency using IT (Office Suite)

This is a full-time role with a permanent contract and probationary period. A competitive salary commensurate with experience, pension, staff discount scheme.
