We have an exciting opportunity for an Alarm Handler to join our team in our dedicated Alarm Receiving Centre. In this fast paced dynamic role, you will be responsible for handling CCTV, Intruder, Fire, Lone Worker & Personal Attack alarms, taking the necessary actions and escalations where applicable.

The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and professional service demonstrating the highest levels of Customer Service and attention to detail.

As an Alarm Handler you will work various shifts covering Days, Nights, Weekends &
