Show your experience and ability to manage large sections of guests during busy periods to deliver an impeccable level of service and attention to detail. Demonstrate a desire to go further in your career and learn new skills. All servers will begin their journey on a training rate tronc; once training has been successfully completed, the tronc rate will be increased.
