You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team. Ability to coordinate a high volume of bookings without compromising service. Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of booking systems such as SevenRooms and understanding customers' specific needs to deliver a unique experience. Show your passion for learning and developing new skills, and encouraging others to help them grow. Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative and engaging training. Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail for our guests.
