You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team. Inspire your team to deliver the owners' vision, to bring a unique and immersive drinking experience to our guests. Show your passion and enthusiasm for menu development, bringing new ideas to your team and encouraging collaboration to share skills and knowledge. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of cocktails and beverages and understanding customers' specific needs to deliver a unique experience. Keep abreast of the newest trends and innovations in cocktails and beverages. Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods. Drive a team to greatness through exciting, innovative and engaging training. Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail for our guests.
